A leather rifle case for the drive out to the range and the walk to the blind. Full-grain hide on the outside, a thick padded lining inside, so the scope and the stock are not knocking into each other every time the track gets rough.
What it holds
The main compartment takes the rifle. Interior pockets hold the small things that otherwise rattle around loose in transit. The top handles are reinforced where the load actually pulls, and the hardware is heavy enough to be worth the leather it is set into.
-
Two lengths: 36" and 42"
-
Exterior: full-grain leather, which scuffs rather than splits and darkens with use
-
Interior: high-density padded lining
-
Carry: reinforced leather top handles, heavy-duty hardware
Before you order
Is this a flight case?
No. Padded leather protects against knocks and scratches in a vehicle or carried on foot. Air travel needs a rigid lockable case, to whatever specification your airline sets.
Which length?
Measure your longest setup with the optic mounted. The 36" suits most rifles; the 42" covers longer barrels and larger scopes.
Care: a dry cloth after a day out, conditioner every few months. The leather care checklist has the full routine.
