The bags

What leather do you use?

Premium leather — dense, strong, and built to wear in rather than wear out. It develops character with use and holds up over years of daily carry. More on our Materials page.

What's the monogram?

Every Frounder carries one of two house motifs engraved into the leather: the Signature diamond-f lattice or the Botanica floral vine.

What hardware and lining do you use?

Solid brass and stainless steel hardware, with a 100% cotton lining — canvas where a piece needs more structure.

Are the bags in stock?

Yes — everything is made and ready to ship. Nothing is made to order.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Your shipping options and cost are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Standard delivery typically takes 7–8 business days and Express 4–5; times vary by destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Returns & warranty

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. Change-of-mind returns come back unused with tags and packaging, with return shipping paid by you; faulty bags are returned free of charge. Refunds reach your original payment method within 7 working days. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, within the same 30-day window. You cover return shipping; we cover sending the replacement.

Is there a warranty?

Every Frounder is covered for one year against manufacturing defects — free repair or replacement. After that, we'll repair and recondition your bag for as long as you own it, charged at cost.
