Frounder makes premium leather bags — a focused range of carry pieces built to be used every day and to wear in, not out. The line is kept short deliberately: fewer products, more attention on each one. Every bag leaves with solid brass hardware, a considered structure, and an engraved monogram already on it.

We don’t chase trends or expand the range for the sake of it. What we make is designed to still look right in ten years — not because it’s fashionable, but because it’s well-built and honestly designed.

What we make

Totes, duffels, backpacks, crossbodies, slings, belt bags, and small leather goods — all in premium leather, all with solid brass hardware, all with an engraved monogram included. The range covers daily carry and travel without overcomplicating either. Each piece is designed to do its job without announcing itself.

How we think about it

A bag should hold up. That’s the starting point. From there: the hardware should be solid, the stitching should be clean, the structure should make sense for how the bag is actually used. We don’t add details that don’t serve a purpose, and we don’t cut corners on the parts that take the most wear. Made to outlast is not a tagline — it’s the standard every piece is held to before it ships.
