Frounder ships worldwide. Delivery timeframes and any applicable import duties or taxes vary by destination — both are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

  • Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery estimate: Shown at checkout based on your location
  • Duties and taxes: Where applicable, these are calculated and displayed at checkout

Returns

We offer 30-day returns on non-personalized items in their original condition.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • Personalized items: Bags engraved with custom initials are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where faulty
  • Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll send a prepaid return label and cover it
  • How to start a return: Email support@frounder.com with your order number and we’ll reply with return instructions and the return address
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear

Warranty

Every Frounder bag is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and ageing of the leather
  • To make a warranty claim, email support@frounder.com with your order details and a description of the issue
