Shipping policy

Frounder ships worldwide — free standard shipping to nearly every country we serve, with a flat $30 shipping rate for Southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Angola, Lesotho, Eswatini) and Brazil.

Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalized pieces may take slightly longer, as each monogram is engraved to order.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide — except Southern Africa and Brazil, where a flat $30 shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.

Delivery timelines: Typical delivery is 5–10 business days for the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and 7–14 business days for most other destinations. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are estimates and may vary. Frounder is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Import duties & taxes (US): We take care of any U.S. import duties — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Import duties & taxes (all other countries): Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are shown at checkout where supported; otherwise they may be collected by your local customs authority on delivery.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Destinations we can't serve: A small number of countries are excluded where carriers do not operate (including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, and Sudan). If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't currently ship there.
